Remember, that the U.S. Constitution states that no one is to abet or give aid and comfort to our enemies, so who will protect Americans if a new law provides an international foreign police agency with  super powers over our government with 100% immunity?

    

 During the Christmas holiday, 2009, alternative news sources reported the signing of an Executive Order 12425 by President Obama and I found these articles quite disturbing.  Consequently, there are many questions that must be answered and brought to the Congressional floor for debate if this Executive Order has been truly enacted into law.  According to alternative news sources and European news, President Barack Hussein Obama, in less than one year and without transparency allegedly signed Executive Order 12425 providing Interpol, a foreign police agency super powers in the U.S and 100% immunity from any wrongdoing.  I'm sure. President Obama must have  good reason, but he should disclose his reason to the American people if this is what he signed.  If I could ask questions about Executive Order 12425 or any law that provided 100% immunity to a international foreign police agency that supercedes the power of our U.S. Constitution  and the U.S. Congress, I would as the following questions:    

 

 Did President Obama allegedly sign away the constitutional rights of every generational, legal, and natural born U.S. citizen by allegedly signing Executive Order 12425 granting Interpol, a foreign international police agency, the right to exercise their will on American soil with complete immunity that supercedes the U.S. Congress?  This would mean that all power has been taken away from We The People because the U.S. Congress represents the will of the the American people. 

 

 Would such a law imply that Interpol is allegedly free to perform warrantless arrests, search and seizures, interrogations, even if the foreign agents commit wrongdoing against any U.S. citizen and be held free of any liablity, damages or deaths of U.S. citizens? 

 

Would such a law imply that it's just  too bad for Americans because the U.S. Constitution would allegedly no longer apply as the supreme laws of the land and be rendered meaningless beginning in 2010 under such a presidential executive order? 

 

In theory only, is it possible that federal laws unknown to the majority of Americans could suspend the U.S. Constitution which would allow the U.S. Congress to pass unconstitutional laws that punish the Ameican people and criminalize average hard working Americans?  For example, ObamaCare is such a law that forces Americans to  pay for U.S. consumer products made on U.S. soil that they may or may not want with their earnings after taxes (which is their personal property) or be punished and jailed. 

 

In theory,  if a foreign agency was provided super power in violation of the U.S. Constitution and a U.S. President's Executive Order suspended the U.S. Constitution,  and all U.S. federal  branches of government were under the authority of Interpol,  then how could the federal government justify collecting U.S. tax dollars from U.S. citizens for U.S. government agencies that are meaningless and can't rendes any legal services or protections?

 

Remember, Katrina victims were denied constitutional rights and not allowed to walk away from the dome on U.S. soil.  They were locked up like POWs and  herded into a concentration camp called a dome and left to survive or die  in inhumane conditions.  The homes of the Katrina victims were searched and their guns were confiscated.  Some Americans were man handled and arrested because they didn't want to turn over their legal guns or have their homes searched or leave the private personal property.  Their properties were confiscated by the banks and many left to rot as the insurance companies bulked at paying up as well as the government.  They were bankrupted.  And, some U.S. citizens were euthanized in hospitals without any legal authority.  Bad things can happen to good people who don't ask questions and request answers from their government's public servants.  And to add insult to injury, these victims were given toxic trailers that were left empty for months and deteriorated before they were distributed to the victims.  Is it possible that if a "pandemic" or "civil unrest" were declared that the president could declare "martial law" and call in Interpol if such a law were in place vs. American police officers who aren't granted 100% immunity? 

 

If the alternative news sources are correct, then why has Congress remained silent about  Executive Order 12425 and shouldn't they be debating the legality and constitutionality of Executive Order 12425.  If this law has been enacted then they should be voting to over turn it by a 2/3's vote immediately.  And, if Congress won't listen to their constituents just like they ignored their constituents when it came to healthcare reform then Americans need to call their state attorney generals offices; sheriffs; and office of the state governors and ask them to investigate the law, such as the alleged Executive Order 12425, and oppose implementing it in their states. 

 

Americans oppose the federal government forcing Americans to buy any U.S. Consumer Product made on U.S. soil against their objections with their hard earned dollars before or after taxes for the existing federal government social healthcare programs and after taxes that force Americans to make monthly payments to  for-profit insurance providers. ObamaCare denies U.S. citizens, the freedom to choose which U.S. consumer products they may or may not want to buy with their personal property aka earnings after taxes. The federal government isn't providing a 2009 Christmas present for the American people as Pelosi stated, but they are providing a 2009 Christmas present for the insurance industry and their stockholders.  Obamacare creates a life time built-in guaranteed generational customer base that makes the insurance industry and stockholders wealthy beyond their wildest dreams.  So, the best thing for young Americans to do is simple.  All Americans seeking jobs should  become insurance providers because ObamaCare guarantees them a national customer base without having to do much work.  According to Pelosi, if Americans don't want to buy this U.S. Consumer product made on U.S. soil from the federal government or from a for-profit private corporation then they must be punished with jail which criminalizes loyal hard working  Americans with criminal records; and excessive fines.  Good hard working Americans who are criminalized for refusing to buy a U.S. consumer product mandated by the federal government and end up in jail will probably  lose their jobs, homes and possibly have their kids taken away by social services and end up on Medicaid and welfare at taxpayers expense.  And, this will increase the prison population at taxpayers expense even though the government was about to release thousands of prisoners because the taxpayers couldn't afford to house them.  Good people will end up in jail and the criminals could be set free.  ObamaCare straps business owners with more regulations and punishment.  In my opinion, if the federal government competes with private corporations then they will squeeze the private corporations out of business and all Americans will be subjected to all government take overs of consumer products, so which consumer product is next?  For example, it could be the end of growing American carrots after the federal government shut the water off on American farmers and destroyed their crops in the California bread basket because they chose a fish over the American people.  Now, these same unemployed farmers must stand in line, pay more, and buy carrots imported from China!  How is that creating jobs and helping restore the economy since 2009?  It appears that we're suppose to help China and India, while Americans stand in line for carrots.

 

Ironically, the only people who won't be punished are anti-American war enemies who are captured and imprisoned on American soil and provided all U.S.  taxpayer healthcare benefits.  The illegals, and new refugees and immigrants who haven't contribued one dime for these social programs or very little that were originally intended for the American people, but Americans are being forced to the back of the line in America.  The American people have been enslaved since 911 by having their constitutional rights taken away under the guise of protecting the American people from Bin Laden. Remember, Senator Harry Reid, D-Nevada,  exexmpted certain states such as Nebraska because Senator Ben Nelson, who promised not to support abortions in the healthcare bill, ended up being bought off for his vote by accepting that the State of Nebraska be exempted from paying for Medicaid benefits forever. Exempting states and buying and selling votes creates bias and discriminatory laws because it punishes the other states who aren't exempted and forces the non-exempt states to  pick up the tab for the exempted states as well as their own state.  The U.S. Constitution guarantees all people and all states are to be treated equally.  But,  theoretically speaking,  if the U.S. Constitution is a phantom document because in theory it may have  been suspended by some undisclosed and non-transparent federal law under the Patriot Act or  ObamaCare or Executive Order 12425 or some other Executive Orders signed by Obama or former U.S. Presidents then why would elected representatives follow a 230 year-old document that they've rendered meaningless or worry about the consequences of their actions?  After all, anything is theoretically possible and from the behaviors of the liberal democratic 111th U.S. Congress, believable.

 

 So, during the 2009 heartfelt holiday season and in the spirit of giving presents to We The People  by the federal government which we don't want, such as ObamaCare which would implement a "Pay up or else!" section, we've been shut out by our elected representatives.  In other words, Reid has implemented a new law under the guise of Healthcare which in my opinion undermines the original intent of the U.S. Constitution and denying our freedom to choose.  Reid's healthcare bill tramples on equality for all people and all states, by writing mandates and requirements and using coercive and threatening tactics that force Americans to buy a U.S. Consumer product made on U.S. soil that they may or may not want to buy with their earnings after taxes.  Earnings after taxes are the private and personal property of U.S. citizens.  But, under the threat and fear of punishment, they are writing laws that say, "Pay up or else be punished!"  How is that legal in the U.S.?  This is what they do in Third World countries.  They write laws that force people to pay up before and after taxes or else their people are severely punished by including mandates and requirement that force people to shut up, sit down, and do as they're told or else!   This borders on extortion in my opinion because most states prohibit business owners who sell U.S. consumer products to force Americans to buy consumer products they don't want with their earnings after taxes or punish them and that would be called a "crime."  Why is the 111th U.S. Congress using force and mandates, threats and punishment and criminalizing good Americans if they don't want to buy a consumer product made on U.S. soil?  ObamaCare with built-in punishment is like having an imaginary gun to every good citizen's head and telling them to pay up or else. Now, we have this alleged Executive Order 12425 that allegedly strips away our American rights to protect even our personal property from an international foreign police agency. Why would a U.S. President sign such a law and why would the 111th U.S. Congress remain silent on it if it is a true fact and want a foreign international police agency to take over the laws of the United States?

 

If Interpol has the unconstitutional U.S. authority to take over our laws and superceded the U.S. Congress; and Obama has taken over the auto industry and hires and fires CEOs; and he's taken over the bank industry; and now he is taking over the health care insurance industray and the health care industry all within less than one year; then Americans are close to seeing a "change" that most Americans don't want.  We would no longer have a United States of America  or a democracy or a Republic and we would be working just to pay for the federal  government programs that they took over after squeezing out private corporations by excessive fines, taxes, regulations, mandates, requirements, punishment and criminalization. You would have to say good-bye to the U.S.A. protected by the supreme laws established by the Constitution of the United States which would be a mere memory, except for the qudrupled debt that will be inherited for generations to come.s

 

So does  Executive Order 12425 which, if enacted  trample on the U.S. Constitution, Bill of Rights, and the freedoms guaranteed to the American people who would be left behind without recourse and without representation while the anti-American war criminals are provided with U.S. Constitutional protections and made comfy in civilian courts with American lawyers in American prisons even though they are not American citizens and hate Americans?   How will the U.S. Justice Department and judicial  agents be able to protect Americans if Interpol has been granted super power over  all branches of U.S. government?  And, how can they be allowed to trample on the U.S. Constitution without the U.S. Congress stopping such a law?   So would such a law imply that  U.S. laws and U.S. courts would be worthless and meaningless if Executive Order 12425 places all Americans under the authority of an international court and international police agency who is provided immunity from any wrong doing against Americans?   Well, we already know how many of those international countries feel about Americans, especially after President Obama apologized for America and the American people all around the world.  The U.S. President swear to uphold, preserve and defend the U.S. Constitution, the United States of America and protect us from foreign agents taking over our country on U.S. soil, so in theory, how would elected representatives justify any such laws?

 

Remember, the government protected the pharmaceutical companies and themselves from lawsuits by providing immunity to themselves and the pharmaceutical companies during their vaccination scare.  So, if any American suffered any adverse side effects or death after a swine flu vaccination, the pharmaceutical companies and the federal government couldn't be held liable. In fact, President Obama declared a national emergency and pushed for every U.S. citizen to get a swine flu vaccine which had no long term studies even though medical information stated that the vaccine contained dangerous adjuvants.  And after Americans questioned the adverse side effects of the vaccine, the media told Americans there was a "shortage" of the vaccine. In the retail business, shortages are created to cause a panic so people will demand more which any retailer understands.  It appears that since 2009, the repeated theme is fear, crisis, print more money and create fear and wars and unconstitutional laws that punish and criminalize Americans, higher taxes, penalties, and pay up or else laws.

 

Cap and Trade:  Global Warming wouldn't occur for at least another 100 years and the joke is that these elitists excessively polluted the environment with their private jets which is 100% hypocrisy on their part.  Did they ever hear of  "Go to Meeting?"  Did they ever hear of "emails?"  "Faxes?"  "Letters?"  Well, how about "Teleconference?"  I guess not.  By the way, it's not the global warming that they should concern themselves with, but according to credible scientists who did the long term studies and completed the math stated that the focus should be on "Global Dimming."  If the pollution is removed then it is very possible that it would excellerate global warming and destroy the planet much sooner than anticipated into the future.  But is it really about global warming or about creating billions of dollars for specific new businesses or bored elitists controlling the masses and forcing them to comply with regulations and higher taxation or be punished?

 

Wars are created.  For example, the war was started when America was attacked on 911.  Suddenly, a Middle Eastern religious fantatic named  Bin Laden took the stage and was said by the media and government to be the one major masterminds behind 911.  The media played tapes of his boasting that he killed 3,000 innocent Americans, but who is Bin Laden?  It's a bit far fetched for me to believe that this one man living in a cave is so intelligent that he escapes all high tech sophisticated industrialized international  intelligence and remains a phantom whose whereabout are never known.  His photo appears on a video or his voice is heard on occasion. but if we don't know where he's at or if he's dead or alive then how do we know if that's his voice?  Why are we still looking for someone who most intelligent agencies in the world can't find at U.S. taxpayers expense and the expense of military lives?  And on Christmas Day, one suicide bomber who didn't  have luggage or a passport and was  reported to security by a parent that his son is  radicalized and dangerous, and whose photo was available to security, climbed aboard a U.S. airplane with no problem while Americans are nearly strip searched.  And then there's the psychiatrist at Ft. Hood who shot, killed and injured unarmed military men and women on a U.S. military base even  though superiors had  flagged his behavior, but political correctness seems to win out each time. So,  if Executive Order 12425 is a factual document then Americans want to know why America needs a foreign international  police agency on U.S. soil when it isn't the unarmed American people threatening to blow up innocent people in malls, airplanes, busses, trains, or public facilities?  It appears that the only ones armed are the government and the criminals, and some times, the military.

 

 So, in theory,  if the alleged Executive Order 12425 strips Americans of their constitutional rights then wouldn't the U.S. Justice Department and the U.S. Congress be worthless and meaningless branches of government because they, too, would allegedly be stripped of their power under Executive Order 12425 and would our judicial agents be replaced by a foreign police agency with super powers and immunity to do as they please on U.S. soil without recourse for the American people?  Would this foreign police agency work with Homeland Security or supercede Homeland Security's authority during an emergency?  And, how have these foreign police agents been screened and whose payroll are they on?  Therefore, again, in theory, if  Interpol is being granted super power in the U.S. against the objections of the American people then why would the federal government continue to collect excessive taxes from the American people to run a rogue government that has no power under the U.S. supreme laws of the land?  Wouldn't Interpol be under the authority of a international foreign court and have the power to by-pass U.S. courts and judges?  If  Interpol were granted super power over the United States of America under any Executive Order then doesn't  this mean that Americans would be  subject to foreign international laws and judgments against their will and left without any protections under U.S. laws?  But, doesn't the U.S. Constitution require that all laws must be under the authority of the United States?  Perhaps, I'm confused and just maybe, there's a  U.S. Congressman or constitutional lawyer who could clarify the constitutionality of writing a executive order that provides super power to a foreign police agency to operate on American soild with 100%  immunity and supercede the power of the U.S. Congress as well as provide which U.S. Constitutional law is applied that provides any elected representative absolute authority without the approval of the U.S. Congress and the American people to trample, change, or amend the U.S. Constitution without disclosure, transparency, and approval by our U.S. government.     

 

Ironically, the anti-American captured war detainees are provided with U.S. constitutional rights,  protections, lawyers, and Miranda Rights which were meant for U.S. civiians until 2009.  So, would these same anti-American war detainees be exempted from such Executive Orders as 12425 and from the authority of Interpol since are foreigners?  It's important to ask if foreign anti-American war criminals who are being provided U.S. constitutional rights, lawyers and civilian court hearings at the expense of U.S. taxpayers  have more protections under U.S. laws then the American people?  Most Americans can't afford to buy justice or afford an attorney because millions of Americans don't have full time jobs or any jobs since 2009, so will the American people be denied U.S. Constitutional rights and subjected to a foreign police agency while foreign anti-American war detainees are read their Miranda Rights even though they aren't U.S. citizens and the Miranda Rights were intended for U.S. citizens and civilians under U.S. laws?

 

Furthermore, if such an executive order as 12425 were enacted, could  U.S. citizens find themselves under the authority of a foreign international police force who has 100% immunity from their actions even if they wrong a U.S. citizen who could be rendered helpless, injured or dead?  It appears that the federal government is writing bias laws that grant themselves immunity from any liability of their new laws and grants immunity to specific private corporations such as pharmaceuticals who emphatically said the swine flu vaccine was 100% safe. (If the swine flu vaccine is 100% safe then why do they need immunity since they touted one size fits all).  The federal government is allegedly providing immunity to Interpol while operating on U.S. soil. This all appears rather odd, but there doesn't seem to be any immunity for American citizens if they say some thing that is considered politically incorrect by the far left.

 

Ironically, where's the outcry for the four Navy Seals who are America's heroes?  They captured a foreign anti-American religious fanatical enemy who tortured and murdered, four Americans (one Navy Seal) and hung two of the Americans from a bridge on display. Americans are asking why are our U.S. military men and women on trial for protecting us during war time from a foreign enemy who committed a heinous crime against Americans?  How many more Americans must be tortured or murdered before political correctness is declared politically incorrect and harmful to America's freedom and health?  I often wonder how many legal rights and Miranda rights were provided to those four U.S. citizens and the U.S. civilians and military men since 911 who were tortured and beheaded by the anti-American war criminals while our American citizens begged for their lives on foreign soil?  And how many Americans who are captured by war criminals make our imprisoned citizens all comfy and make sure that they can read their Judeo-Christian bible while imprisoned.

 

In other alternative articles and European newspapers, which I found of interest, the writers allege that President Obama is expecting "civil unrest" in America before winter of 2010.  Every U.S. President pledges his allegiance to America, the flag, and swears to uphold, preserve and defend the U.S. Constitution.  So, it's difficult to grasp why a U.S. President would allegedly sign a Executive Order that provides super power to a international foreign police agency on U.S. soil?  I think the majority of Americans are asking the same questions and want answers from their elected representatives.  If the federal government calls a "pandemic" or "civil unrest" under Homeland Security or Interpol's direction, theoretically speaking, wouldn't that open the door to declare  "martial law?" And, if the U.S. Congress or the states don't over turn or prevent such alleged  Executive Orders from applying to their states then is it possible that Americans could be subjected to the whims of a foreign international police agency without any rights or protections guaranteed by the U.S. Constitution under the authority of the U.S. government? It was very possible that the federal government could have called martial law after declaring a pandemic and national emergency for the swine flu which was not 100% safe but it was a 100% false alarm.

So, why would we pay taxes for protection guaranteed by the U.S. Constitution that is to be provided  by the U.S.  federal government for services no longer rendered if allegedly Interpol has super powers on U.S. soil?  Theoretically speaking,  if  "civil unrest" were to be  declared before the November 2010  elections then isn't it true that there wouldn't be elections and the same members of  liberal democratic Congress and the same U.S. President would control the White House indefinitely, but then that statement sounds like a conspiracy theory only a conspiracy nut would consider, right?  Just asking questions and thinking out loud.  Furthermore, why would any of the new laws, such as healthcare, Homeland Security laws, the Patriot Act, etc. remain in effect since these laws are mandated under U.S. law, if theoretically, an international foreign police agency was provided by a super power in America who doesn't have to comply with U.S. Constitutional laws or the U.S. government? 

 

It's good to think and ponder a myriad of theories such as the serious ramifications of the Patriot Act that grants super power to Homeland Security and  surpasses the powers of the U.S. Congress.  Didn't the  U.S. Congress  promise the American people that the Patriot Act was temporary, but lied to the American people and expanded super powers to Homeland Security and FEMA, instead that exceed the powers of the U.S. Congress during a "pandemic" or a "civil unrest" that grant them the power to declare martial law?   So, if an order such as Executive Order 12425  allegedly tramples on all U.S. Constitutional rights and protections and supercedes all U.S. branches of  government and agencies as some articles report  then the American people would be wise to peacefully use their pens, phones, faxes, emails, and firmly but politely, without anger or threats, contact their elected representatives in the White House, state governors, state attorney generals, and seek out answers to your questions and concerns.  If Americans wanted to be under the authority of a international foreign police state then they'd move to another country where the enslaved citizens already had their freedoms taken away.

 

 

     It appears that China is on the move and is outsourcing America's middle class workers.  It's ridiculous to believe that a communist country will abide by a treaty except for the sake of appearance.  All nations who are being negatively viewed by the world can lead people to believe that a signature or a hand shake will resolve the problem.  The Middle East treaties for peace were violated before the ink dried.

     The fact that the U.S. is providing its seal of approval for our women to compete in a communist country who punished women if they were pregnant with baby girls by allegedly killing the pregnant women and aborting the female babies is the epitome of human rights violations against women.  These alleged killings and abortions have gone on for decades so an unknown amount of blood has been shed in violation of human rights which exceeds gender bias against women.  In fact, the news reported and alleged that the fetus were eaten as a delicacy.

     Some U.S. reporters have softened the atrocities against women by alleging that these crimes against women and female babies was coming to a halt.  It seems that communist China had an epiphany when it realized that there weren't enough young females to marry their young males so they could procreate more babies.  Yet, our government sends U.S. citizens to jail if someone's dog accidentally nips at a neighbors leg or happens to run away from home.

     Furthermore, American female leaders and activists attended a Women's Rights Summit in the 90s in communist China where women have no rights and freedom of speech is oppressed.  The fact that a Women's Rights Summit would be supported by American females is boggling to one's mind who realizes that they don't believe in women's rights or human rights for that matter.

     During the 90s, the CEO's of oil companies and prominent politicians and corporate leaders determined that we should open up our borders and give up our sovereignty for globaliation which use to be called "The New World Order."  They determined that if they wanted to become extremely wealthy that they must outsource American jobs to India and communist China.  They decided that they would "marry China."  So, they opened up the superhighway to China and outsourced the jobs that generations of Americans held since the inception of our country.  They determined that they would pay these foreigners less money and then sell former American made products back to the American people for cheaper prices by opening up discount stores which made those on Wall Street even wealthier. The problem of inferior products, quality control, unsafe products and products that caused injuries and health problems have popped up on a continual basis and the American people are the recipients of these serious problems.  Middle class America are losing their jobs and they can barely afford to buy these cheap poor quality items made in China and India and other Third World countries because the oil tycoons are charging them $100 to fill up their gas tanks which could be one week's pay for some people.

   And, in the 90s, the leaders allegedly sold arms to China and Russia knowing that China was building up a million man army.  One must ask the question, why?  In the mean time, these same high profile U.S. leaders diminished our military defense budget and personnel and those people lost their jobs and homes.  But, did this shout out, China on the move to the sleepy Americans who were swooning over the handsome and wealthy players at that time who were seducing a nation. 

   So, Americans are feeling uncertainty about their government.  Jobs.  The Economy.  The Price of Gasoline.  The Cost of Food.  The Natural Disasters.  The Fires.  The Floods.  The Earthquakes.  The Hurricanes.  The Tornadoes.  Healthcare.  The Insanity Over Global Warming.  The War. Social Security.  Outsourcing of Jobs.  Loss of Freedoms.  Increase of Arrests and Laws.  Social Security.  Retirement.  Failing Banks.  This didn't happen over night.  This has been an agenda that has been happening behind the scenes for decades while the American people didn't pay attention because they were happy that they had jobs and lived in bigger houses and drove SUV's.  So, what did the American people get back from India and communist China after American jobs and products that were formerly made in the U.S.A. get out of this agenda?  Is the American dream but a mere illusion?

   I do believe that the American dream is on the verge of the American nightmare!
